Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Tikinomics (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Valuations are estimates. All valuations, ranges, indices, and certificates are statistical estimates for informational purposes only. They are not appraisals, financial advice, or guarantees of sale price. You are responsible for your own buying, selling, and insuring decisions.

Accounts. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Free and Collector tiers carry usage limits described at sign-up; we may adjust limits or pricing with notice.

Memberships & billing. Paid memberships are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute our data or certificates, misrepresent valuations, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

Limitation of liability. The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tikinomics is not liable for losses arising from reliance on valuations or from interruptions to the Service.

Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide (name, email, collection data) and limited usage data needed to operate the Service. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service, communicate with you, and enforce usage limits. We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with processors that help us run the Service (e.g., Stripe for billing, our email provider) and where required by law.

You can access, correct, or delete your account data, and opt out of non-essential emails. Contact privacy@tikinomics.com for requests. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.

Insurance disclosures

Tikinomics is not an insurer or licensed insurance broker. When your collection value crosses a threshold, we may surface coverage options from a third-party insurance partner. Any premium figures shown (for example, an estimate of 1.5% of collection value per year) are illustrative estimates only and are not quotes or offers of insurance.

Coverage, eligibility, pricing, and terms are determined solely by the insurance provider, and our valuations may not be accepted as the insured value. We may receive a referral fee if you obtain coverage through a partner. Always review the partner's policy documents before purchasing.
